Is a daily trading system that works from 01:00 till 23:59 California Time - Pacific.  It tells you at what price to enter and to exit the market.  If you are trading futures contracts you need to do what The Plan says at the equivalent of the spot price in the futures rate.  One simple way to do that is by monitoring the spot price and the futures rate at the same time, and once the spot price indicated in The Plan is hit, go ahead and place your order in the futures market.  If you need to find out what time it is now in Pacific Time go to
